For us to get Classroom Coordinators in every school within 7 years, we work authentically, experientially and with high-trust in all our engagements.

In the same way we are creating conditions for students to achieve A-state, so we encourage adults to shift from a more self-organised methodology. We use Open Business practices like Action Cycles to achieve ‘beyond-realistic’ objectives together. By helping companies increase their revenue, we invite private investment into education.

We are inviting all stakeholders to participate in local Open Meetings. Our objective is to create the world’s first self-financed network using Sqale. When a school achieves A-state, and a whole generation of students have significant self-organising skills, they can exercise those skills to help us self-organise in the face of the massive social disruption caused by AI.
